Standard warranty coverage

Forklift unit warranty

24 months or 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first.

Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Lithium battery warranty

24 months or 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first.

Coverage applies to manufacturing defects and abnormal battery performance under normal operating conditions.

Charger warranty

24 months.

Coverage applies to manufacturing defects affecting the operation of the supplied charger.

What is covered

The Etrionix warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components
  • Electrical system defects
  • Drive motor defects
  • Hydraulic system defects
  • Controller defects
  • Factory-installed charger defects
  • Lithium battery manufacturing defects

Etrionix will repair or replace defective parts covered under warranty at its discretion.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tyres and wheels
  • Brake components
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Paint fading or scratches
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Overloading beyond rated capacity
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Improper charging practices
  • Damage caused by environmental factors, fire, flooding, corrosion, or natural disasters
  • Routine servicing and maintenance items

Customer responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

  • Follow the operating instructions provided
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance
  • Use approved charging equipment
  • Operate the forklift within its rated capacity
  • Report faults promptly when identified
